(he/him)

I completed my undergraduate degree in Environmental Science at the University of Galway in 2022. After graduating I worked with an ecological consultancy, Wetland Surveys Ireland. During my time as an ecologist, I worked on a range of projects and developed an interest in peatlands. In 2024, I started a MSc in Global Change: Ecosystem Science and Policy, a joint programme between University College Dublin and Justus Liebig University in Giessen, Germany. I am currently finishing my MSc thesis which focuses on monitoring water tables in restored peatlands using unmanned ariel vehicles. I am looking forward to starting my PhD in January.
